Legends Restyling – Tint Appointment Terms and Conditions
- Appointment Confirmation:
- By scheduling a tint appointment with Legends Restyling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Shade Selection:
- The legal tint limits in Texas are 25% on front windows and any darkness on the rear windows. Front windshields may have a tint with a maximum light transmittance of 72%. Any shade selection beyond these legal limits is the responsibility of the customer.
- Drop Off Time:
- The selected appointment time represents the drop-off time for your vehicle.
- Drop-Off or Waiting Area:
- Legends Restyling offers drop-off for your convenience. We do not have a waiting area but you are allowed to wait in the shop on the side. Therefore if in the event you would need to wait in the shop while we complete tint installation we are not held responsible if any injury or harm happens to you while in the shop area.
- Queue System:
- Legends Restyling operates on a queue system. Your vehicle will be serviced in the order of drop-off time, and completion times may vary based on the scope of work for each vehicle.
- Completion Time Estimate:
- While Legends Restyling strives to complete tinting services in a timely manner, the actual completion time may depend on the complexity of the job and the number of vehicles ahead of yours. We priortize quality of installation over speed of installation.
- Vehicle Readiness:
- Upon completion of the tinting service, Legends Restyling will notify you promptly. Please ensure that you are available to pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time after notification.
- Late Pickup:
- Legends Restyling reserves the right to charge a storage fee for vehicles left overnight. Shop closing time is 6pm. Please inquire about these fees with our staff in the event you’re not able to pickup the vehicle by closing time.Â
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Legends Restyling at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in rescheduling fees and deposit forfeiture.
- Vehicle Condition:
- Legends Restyling is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions on your vehicle. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before drop-off.
- Payment:
- Payment for tinting services is due upon completion of the job. Legends Restyling accepts various forms of payment, including cash, Zelle, credit cards (subject to service fee), and other agreed-upon methods.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Legends Restyling is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the tinting service, please notify our staff promptly, and we will work to address and resolve the matter.
- Refund Policy:
- Legends Restyling does not offer refunds. However, we are committed to correcting any issues that may arise during the tinting service. Please notify our staff promptly if you have concerns.
- Automated Text & Email Messages:
- By scheduling an appointment with Legends Restyling, you agree to receive automated text and email messages for appointment reminders and notifications.
- Contract Agreement:
- A contract outlining the terms and conditions of the tinting service will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Please read and sign the contract before the scheduled date.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Legends Restyling reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
By scheduling an appointment with Legends Restyling, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Tint removal disclaimer
Window Film removals may cause the glass and/or defroster to be damaged. This is NOT an installer technique issue, this is directly determined by the quality build of the defrosters from the manufacturer (which is out of our control).
By authorizing Legends Restyling to proceed with film removal, the client hereby acknowledges the risk, waives any claims against Legends Restyling and agrees that Legends Restyling will not be liable in the event that damage does occur during the removal process.
